I used to do this every week. I found if I drip acclimated them over about twelve hours I got the best survival rates, but even then 5-10% croaked, then they'd survive about two weeks, no matter what the conditions, and then all die.

why not get salt water ghost shrimp. From my experience they only live a week or two as well.
