Be sure you read up on Kalkwasser for topoff. It can be used in any strength. I have used it full strength at night (to help keep pH from dropping too far) in a coral farming setup where it didn't even come close to giving the system all the Alk and Ca it needed. I also add tapwater from time to time. I just use tap water, and honestly it works great. I'm not sure which magical elements are in there, but it keeps my tank happy
