Yea. I run a single AI SOL Super Blue on my 30. In just a couple weeks all of my Softies, LPS's, and SPS's are doing amazing. In fact I had to rearrange some of my sps becuz the light was to intense, even at 50%, so my suggestion is either buy a couple T5's or get a better LED. Yes you could but I don't think a 10k bulb is what you need. Then I think its probably too much light. Thats a lot or really intense light for a long period of time. I really like LEDs when they can be rammed up or down. I only run my LEDs at a really intense level for a few hours a day. The rest of the time my lighting is pretty damn low compared to most people. I've tried running mine at intense levels for longer during the day and I lost color in my coral too.

Need a lot more info. How long do you run the LEDs a day, do you dim it, if so show your schedule. My guess is it's getting too much light or its caused by factors other than light, but not sure until you let us know the lighting schedule. Pics of coral, and of the light over the tank would help.
