I've had a feather duster for about two years now and it's just lost the feathery part that comes out of the tube. Will it grow a new one, or is it dead? Do they normally do this?

I have had them do it for no apparent reason. Yes - they will typically grow one back in a few weeks.

Big%20smile Yesterday my featherduster poked it's new top out of the tube. It took about a week. It's way smaller, but it's still alive.
