Well i just put money down on a 210 and now am moving on to the lights.  I was wondering if three 150w MH and two to four T5's would be enough?  It is a standard 210, I am worried that the MH wont reach the bottom because of the depth, or should I bump up to three 250w MH?

150s won't cut it if you're planning on keeping SPS.  250's all the way.

yeah you could keep sps right under the 150's, but no clams on the bottom or anything else.  Do the 250's as you could place your SPS anywhere you want....I know its a little more but you would be limiting yourself alot.
