I just noticed MadReefer's thread below. They look to be somewhat similar. Is this guy good or bad?

So, just keep an eye out and see if it munches on any coral?

Yup, that sounds about right. Some of these guys eat corals while some eat sponge, aptasia, or select other things. I hope that whatever this guy is eating grows enough to support him. Nudibranches are considered hard to keep because of their specific diets. Be pround and keep an eye on him just in case it's your corals he likes. btw it really is cute.

I wouldn't take the chance. I would remove him while I could still find him and hope it is the only one.

I agree with Mike. It has to be eating something in the tank; and I won't chance it on the remote chance that my corals could be on the dinner plate.
A few months ago, I saw a few nudis of a different kind in my tank and thought "oh cool". Then one day I witnessed them eating my prized clove polyps. It was then that I found out the reason why they just seemed to close up all the time -- because they were trying to avoid being eaten. I examined the colonies and there were a dozen of them in there with several eggs pods. It took me a few weeks to eradicate them.

No...saltwater and Lugols. You are supposed to put 40 drops of Lugols per gallon of saltwater, but I downsize by putting it in the smallest container I have that will hold the coral. Then add enough tank saltwater to completely cover over it. Put a few drops of lugols in the water and gently stir the water so the drops don't fall directly on the coral. (If you think your container is about a quart/liter, then add 5 drops, and so forth.) You should see all sorts of things crawl out of the rock within 30 seconds. If you don't, add another drop.
Read the back of the Lugols, but I think you leave it there for 10 minutes. I gently move the rock/coral back and forth and upside down in the water before putting it back into the tank. That way, hopefully everything loose will come off.
As a side note (and not to state the obvious or anything), it's really good practice to do this to your new corals before putting them in your tank. I've avoided lots of nasty stuff like flat worms, rock crabs, strange icky slimy worms .. it's just not worth the headache later. I've always wondered if it would kill redbug, but I haven't tried it.
