I guess I can setup this up using my Apex controller but Im trying to used the computer to setup some outlets (light) to my Apex. I go to configuration and then to outlet setup and all I get is a blank page thats says apex outlet setup . So how can I fix this where I can setup up the timing for the lights

Hmmm, that's weird. When you do what you say, you should get a page that has a drop down with all the outlets to choose from. If it's blank, maybe try resetting the APEX on the head unit? Are you using the most current firmware? If a reset doesn't work, maybe re-installing (or installing new) firmware will get it working for ya.

I've had some trouble depending the browser on my computer. Try refreshing the page, and be patient sometimes it takes a sec to pull up.
when you first login the apex, let it completely load up then try going from there, and refresh as needed.

You can also use the Apex Browse Utility to trouble shoot.

According to Neptune's website the current Firmware Revision is 4.11-AA11.

So....If I put the IP address in it works but if I put apex in the address bar it doesn't work I guess I just need to start using the IP address to get to the apex controller

If you can't use apex in your browser try changing the IP address of the APEX. This will often fix name resolution problems.
