Hey all i just recently had my condy anenome commit suicide by throwing himself into my powerhead. Cry I've read of this happening, just not sure what to do to prevent it in the future. Any advice? Do people put screen around the powerhead or what?

You can put screening over the intake

Some powerhead mfgs make sponge filters that cover the intake

They work well, but make sure you rinse them out every once in a while to kepp them clean and unclogged

I don't think you can prevent it completely.  I also don't think a healthy anemone will let go of a rock and toss itself into open water (giving it the chance to be sucked into a powerhead).  Something in the tank disturbed it - maybe a new powerhead was added, or a rock moved which changed current.  I would put a screen on the intake, then watch the anemone for a few days.. after it gets settled and attached to a rock, remove the screen.
Tons of livestock including fish, coral, and inverts currently in stock. We also have Reeflo pumps, SeaChem additives, Brine Shrimp Direct foods, and ATI lighting in stock.

Actually i did add a new powerhead. That's probably what caused it. I'll put some screen on it and see what happens. Thanks!
