I have a ten gallon tank I want to add into my filtration system but in order to do so I need to drill a 2 or 3inch hole in the side of the tank.  Does anyone know how to do this or where I go to have someone to it for me?

I know of two places. The Aquarium in sandy, and Marine-Aquatics also in Sandy. Both will do it for you.

I recomend Eric at marine aquatics. He does a really good job. The glass on a ten so you have to be very carful
