I am preparing to set up a 210 gal reef. The tank I have has 2 1" overflows on the sides. from what I understand a 1inch drain can handle about 500-600gph  with out being too noisy.??
What king of external pump should I get and how many GPH?
I found this one would it work? Gen X 40
I dont need this for circulation just to keep water moving through sump.
what do you all think?

90 gal Corner with / 200 gal sump.

I would go with ehiem or reeflo I run 900 through my single 1 inch and its not to bad really need more info to decide a pump such as what you want to stock the tank with are you planning on using power heads/ closed loop how far up is your pump going to be pumping

ps I have and Iwaki 70 it would work well if you are going to have your sump in the basement

Go with the reefflo dart. You will love the flow. You will not hear the pump running at all. About the bulkheads. I run the dart with a 1 1/2 bulkhead and my frag trak I have a 950GPH pump with a 1" bulkhead
