How do I cycle utah rock?

	I know this is a dumb question, but i have a tote of utah rock riding around in my car that I need to get cleaned up and in my tank. i know that i need to take it to the car wash and power wash it without soap but then what do I do with it? Doesn't it need to be cycled some how before it goes in? Thanks, Gail

	Same as any other bit of rock. When you're done power washing without soap, put it in your tank. Then go buy one good piece of rock from the store. Make sure it's clear of aptasia and that it's covered in coralline as good as can be. Throw it in the tank with the utah rock and before long you'll see some good corraline growth on the utah rock. To help speed the bacteria cultures and pod colonies along, I'd get a good scoop of sand from someone's HEALTHY tank and dump it in too.
