I'm relatively new to corals and I noticed some stuff growing on the rock to the right in the picture. Can anyone tell me what it is and if it's good or bad. I'm thinking aiptasia? I apoligize for the poor quality picture but I don't have the photography skills everyone else does.

the things on the middle of the pic look like aiptasia, its kinda hard to see though
