Any idea what this is?  It's under a ledge in the dark but I think I can grab it with some tweezers if it's bad.

It looks like an anemone, maybe a washed out majano.  Up to you if you want to get rid of it.
I wouldn't risk pulling it out with tweezers as it will probably release all its stiff and you might end up with them everywhere.  If you can reach it though you can probably get it to close up and may be able to dab a bit of glue on it and trap it shut which should kill it.  Just a thought.

I've been wanting an anemone but wasn't sure my tank could support one, it's only 2 months old even though everything in it was from my previously established tank.  If this thing is in there does that mean I can probably keep an anemone now?

yes  imo you could have had one in there a long time ago.  you could have had on in your old 90 gal. they are very hardy.
