Are they difficult to raise?
It's not hard just very time consuming and you must learn how to raise aptasia.  You have to monitor the nudis (under a scope) and once they are aptasia eating size you have to cut up tentacles.  Daily water changes because you can't use any mechanical filtration.  They are very sensitive to temp. change, so a controled environment is needed.
I used to crate them home from the lab but found that the house was too cool and growth was arrested or at least slowed considerably.

I put them in  low flow dwarf seahorse tank. Think the eggs I got will hatch?

These are funky little things! Perfect tankmates for my nano!

The eggs will probably hatch.  The yield may be very low, in the neighberhood of 15%.  Are there aptasia near the egg strand?  My suggestion would be to make sure the eggs were very near an anenome or a group of anenomes.  I think you would greatly increase the number that will hatch and give them something to eat as they mature.
I really enjoy my adults!  They do have little personalities!
