Ok so I thought I had seen it all till last night.
I shined a light in the tank and I saw copapods and amphiopds exc..
Then a ton of BLUE, RED WHITE things. They look like pods with lots of arms or worms, they swim through the water and come to the light and my cleaner shrimp eat them.  What are they? Larger than a copapod yet smaller than a amphiopd and not a shrimp of any kind? I would get pic if I could but the pic I take of the corals suck so you and guess what these pics would look like.
I dont mean to brag but, yeah it's 6ft long.

I think it may be this but the size is off. This looks like a amhpopod and not small worm swimmer.

Amphiascopsis cinctus—This harpacticoid is one of the largest and most colorful (it also comes in blue) copepods in nearshore algae and detritus habitats, yet is seldom seen in the diets of small fish
I dont mean to brag but, yeah it's 6ft long.

Could the color come from the light showing through a transparent object like a Hydroid Jelly?

I should mention the Hydroid Jelly is the correct size from your description. This is MUCH larger than lifesize.

Are they good/bad, it looks a little like it less star shaped and more worm but they move so fast its hard to tell.

I've not had any problems from them.
