ok so my ananome was lunch for my power head i noticed because my water was kinda cloudy i changed my carbon and cleaned the filters although it is clearing up a bit already everything looks fine like the fish and corals. but my question is my anenome is all sucked up in there and well he doesnt look like he is dying as of yet. the bubbles that are dangling look fine but i wont be able to get him off. he is not spitting out any mucus as they usualy do when they die so atm i think he is alive and in pain is all. should i just leave the powerhead off for a bit and see if he comes off on his own? or should i just remove him and take the loss. thanks

I'd say give him a chance. . . leave the powerhead off and see what happens.  How long has it's been since he got sucked in?

Remove the strainer and place it between some rocks to allow the anemone to move out where it can attach to something.
I make safety nets to cover powerhead strainers so that things like anemones never get sucked in and algae cannot cover the intake and restrict the flow. I can take a pic and describe how to make one if you want.

sure mark i was thinkin of a old fish net atm though lol. and i am not sure sukie i would say prob about an hour. he look like he is taking in water atm and getting bigger i cant get to the strainer to take it off beacause he is all around it. i was leaving it to see if he pulls himself out so that i can get to it.

I'd just squish through it with my fingers and grab the strainer or maybe use a knife to pry it off of the powerhead. The anemone needs something else to grab ahold of. Just hanging out in the water could take a lot longer for it to pull itself out
