Topic: BOXER/POM-POM Posted: January 10 2010 at 8:24pm |
Hey I have a Q
I have two pom-poms...... Noticed a couple of days ago one of them had what appeared to be a big ole reddish kind of sac under the bottom back of it.
Does anyone here have any good knowledge as to the process involved here.
I searched 2 look for some help and besides other forums Id rather start here.
So does it hide eggs, got a chance to hatch, live, etc etc.
Can I, should I do anything?
These are prollly my favorite invert and twin spot gobie would be my fish..
THANKS

If you are asking if the they are eggs then, yes. Will they hatch? Maybe Will they live? No (at least not very long).

Yeah sorry. I try to type faster than I can get it out sorry. Da** HEN PECKING WITH PENCIL
Anyways yes Shes had a big ole sack of eggs twice now ive seen. will they last if i seperate and give her safe area? Do pom pom crab babies need anemone's for protection? I always wondered what do you do if your pom pom is missing an anemone cause they protect/eat better with these? They definitely have coolest natural camouflage job, cool looking

I know that pompoms can't replace their anemones in captivity.....
I don't think that the babies would last too long in a tank with other fish or crabs around.....
