I just noticed this guy in my tank today. He's about 1/2" across. Does anyone know what it is and is it good or bad?

Looks more like a feather duster to me I have light colored ones all over and they look just like that. The picture is really dark blue take a day light and I could be more sure.

Ok, here is another pic of it but it still isn't that great and it's sucked into it's hole a bit. It isn't a feather duster. I've looked at pics of manjano and it doesn't really look like one to me. They're usually greenish. This is more of a clear/white color.It also has really short "tentacles". Kind of like a ricordia.

Ive heard them called strawberry anenome. My peppermints would eat them.

come to think of it they did go away after my peppermints were added I thought it was a cycle thing.

I have a peppermint but he doesn't seem to ever venture to that part of the tank.
