Tank out of balance

You could just turn down your reactor or turn it off until your alk drops down into a more reasonable range.  Then start it back up but don't push it as hard as you are now.  You might want to boost the calcium back up after all this using something like turbo calcium.

And there's nothing wrong with a big water change either.
