white stuff on the rocks?

I have some white looking stuff that just appeared on my rock. Just wanted to make sure this is nothing bad. Let me know if you have any idea what it might be

Sounds like a sponge to me. Can you see any mouths on it or is it all just one solid white piece?

no they are just filter feeders. Its a sign that you have a healthy reef.
