no power to the fish tank

my power keeps going out to my fish tank but the circuit breaker is not tripping. I reset all the breaker but nothing happens. I don't have a GFI outlet anywhere.Anyone know what I should do?

Start isolating potential problems. Try an extension cord from another outlet.
A government strong enough to give you everything you want, is powerful enough to take everything you have.
