On the Golden Pearls, I use the 5-50 micron ad 50-100 micron sizes (I think that's the range)

Travis, I feed 3 sizes three times a week. You get a little pinch or maybe even just cover your fingers then I put it under the water and swish alot. If you dont they will just float on top. My acros are getting huge so it must be working..

Thanks Connie. I was thinking no more than 1/2 tsp or so. I think my plan is going to be to feed three times a week once Golden Pearl, once Cyclop and once DT's... or a mixture of all three, three times a week.

Travis -
I only feed it once or twice a week, about 1/4 tsp of each size. The stuff is so small, you don't need much.

We put our golden pearls into a little water along with the other food(s). That and the Tahaitan Blend seems to work well.

I don't know if you're overdoing it or not Jon, but what I do works well for me. I would say that if your parameters are good and the animals are thriving, you're not overdoing it.
The wonderful thing about this hobby is that there are so many different ways to obtain your desired result. I love it!

Hard to say but I would think if your nutrients are in check with not algae problems then your doing fine!!
Now that's timing .

BTW Travis, I also use the Tahitian Paste and decapsulated brine shrimp eggs. I usually mix the three different things togther in a cup or 2 of tanks water and then just pour it into the tank. Like I previously said, I only feed once or twice a week and I have insane growth on my SPS. The zoanthids, ricordias, clams, and other filter feeders benefit from it as well.
A lot of my rock is the Atlantic man-made rock and it had tons of arc clams and feather dusters on the rock when I first got it. A few of the senior members in the club said that the clams would live 6 months if I am lucky. Almost a year and a half later they are not only still alive, but have grown! I don't know if this has to do with the feedings or not, but I'm happy they are thriving none-the-less.

What feeds on the Tahitian Paste?? I've read that stony corals do not eat algae or phytoplankton.

Everything eats phytoplankton.... maybe not directly, but it is the basis for all.

Exactly. Feed the smallest organisms and the whole system thrives. Algae is the basis for all, because it builds food using simple molecular compounds and light energy.

Mainly eaten by things like rotifers, which are zooplankton, which many corals eat.
