I got a lubbocks wrasse 9 days ago and haven't seen him since the first 3 minutes I put him in. I tried to move sand around to see if I could get him to come out with no luck. Do I just need to sit this out and hope he shows him self or can I do something?

Tank mates are
   Clownfish
   Lepoard wrasse
   Purple Firefish
   Lawnmower blenny

They don't go in the sand.  It will be in your rocks, they sleep in the rocks not the sand.
9 days without seeing him is getting in the "scary zone"

I rearranged the rock and twisted it about and pushed through the sand with no sign if a lubbocks or a carcass.

Is your tank covered with 1/4 inch mesh? If not, it could of easily jumped.

I have an 34 RSM with a lid; I'm leaning towards...death.
