Unfortunately I was not able to attend the meeting.Cry  But it looks like it was great meeting with lots of corals.  I'd love to see what people got and I'm sure others would love to see what we missed out on.  Wink
So lets see those pics!!!

I'd like to see pictures too. I enjoyed working at the front table and talking to everyone but consequently I never made it into the frag room!

It was a pretty full meeting. I came out to make some trades with other members, and donate some corals. I would have loved to stay for the auction/frag fest. Unfortunately my wife needed to be back in Magna at 8.

I got some frags (3 to be exact)!

I also donated about 6 frags I think.  Anyone have a rainbow acro glued to some Utah rock? Or a fairly large orange monti cap? (those were the only good ones I donated..the rest were more common stuff...

I did my part to support the club.  I splurged and bought over $100 worth.  Embarrassed  Mostly just cause I couldn't pass up the $5 frags.  BTW dutch that was the smallest frag I've ever seen... LOL  I ended up taking it cause it was one of the last things left... maybe it was the container.  I also ended up with the orange cap LOL  It's a nice piece.  Thanks for the donations.
I really hope the frags make it.  I always worry when they are cut and bagged so quickly.  It's a lot of stress for them.  I'll see if they are open tonight and take some pics.
Maybe next year I can be lucky enough to be able to donate such nice pieces.  This year it was some pretty seemingly boring stuff, but at least it sold so I can't feel too bad about it.

HAHAHA....yeah it broke of my main colony with a few others! It should do well, i figure with the frag and the rock it was worth $5...hahaha. It should have a better chance being glued to the rock and everything! Hope the frags do well! Oh and you can thank Jamison for the awesome container....i recycled it from him..hahaha

Dutch,

That first one looks like a gonner. Sorry. Which type was that - do you remember?

We are interested in knowing is the survival rate of a particular coral was low - we will avoid these in the future.

I think the color is washed out in the picture! It's still REALLY teal....

I'll try and get a better pic!

Shane, I have a couple of those as well and they are still alive just not really colorful.

If that is the Teal Zeal then - just wait! This will become the best coral from the meeting (at least that's my prediction).

Anyone else have pics or success / or loss results to share?

Dutch - BTW, I glad to hear its still alive! I hope it turns into a stunning piece.

We have 2 pieces that look just like that.  We thought they were gonners but when we looked closer, they have great polyp extention.  We'll keep you posted.

The first shows all the acro frags.  I got the LL, PW, IL, LF acros (the ones kinda spread throughout the middle of this photo).

this one is my favorite.  It is the LL:

And don't forget the pepto palys (they are much prettier than pepto):
