I have several little starfish in my tank that have different amount of arms. Some have 3, 4, or six arms. Are these safe or bad? ------------- Chris Real men wear kilts and play bagpipes. pleasant grove |

They are fine. Over feeding will make them explode in numbers. Some do eat coral but they are few and far apart. If you do get a harlequin, plan to feed it choc chip starfish once the asterina are erradicated. Or, if you can capture it - trade it back to the LFS.
