This just popped up when i was moving my rock it was down in the sand? Im new to the hobby and dunno what it is. Good or bad? Anyone know?

Looks like an earthworm, been fishing lately? 
Actually, I'm thinking peanut worm, I have some in a rock that look like that. They are helpful little buggers.

| Yeah i think thats what it is after looking it up. I also found a little slug thing. I would describe it as a white and brown stripped potato bug. I will try and get a picture up soon. Im excited to see all sorts of new things in my tank but nervous at the same time. I don't want anything to be bad. |
