snail question

I have only seen this from one snail, it leaves a white secretion (spelling?) on the glass. What is this and should I make sure to keep it cleaned off????

Its probably eggs. If the fish don't eat it you can scrape it off. Or see if your lucky and get baby snails.

Yep its a Cerith snail doin it, at first I was thinking maybe the cuke was shootin that stuff out, but then I looked closer and nope not the cuke.... Thanks again for your help guys...
