A couple months ago, I noticed my first glimpse of an unknown type of crab in my nano. All I could see was that his body was about the size of a nickel, total size was quarterish, and dark brown or black. Today I found his molt and was able to fish one of his claws out of the sand bed. Hoping somebody could tell me if he was good, bad, etc.

well the tips are blunt so i'm guessing he is an algae eater. you have to start worrying when they are pointy.

That was my understanding, and hope too. Thanks.
