We are getting a lot of spam right now and most at night. Is there a way we can report it as spam and if say like 5 people report it as spam it will automatically be deleted?

under post options you can report a post. it will be deleted shortly afterwards in most cases.

I know about that but the people that have the power to delete spam are all in bed most of the time this happens

you just have to wait for them to get around to it. if five people reported a post as spam and it immediately got deleted, people would do that all over the site. just get a couple buddies to join up and you can have posts deleted if you dont like the poster.
