Wondering if it will be OK to connect my uv sterilizer output to my gfo reactor input. Will this work or will it neutralize all the good both things are supposed to do?

Most likely the flow rate is not going to be the same.  Look at what the manufacture recommends for your UV first, but I highly doubt it's going to be the slow rate you need for your GFO reactor.

Also may not be good for another reason.  My understanding is that the UV sterilizer partially ozonates the water which then mixes into the tank water for a secondary effect of inhibiting parasites. If the UV sterilized water were to first pass over GFO, it may lose it's effectiveness.

On the other hand, if the GFO were first and UV second, I believe that would be okay.
