I was wondering if anyone has an old 14k hqi bulb that I might borrow for a day to see what the color looks like on my tank. I am new to the MH world and the light that I have came with a 20k. So I would like to see what everything looks like with the different bulbs on.

I have a fairly new Hamilton 14k bulb you can test out. The filament is broken so it turns off with the slightest touch.

No old bulb; but I use the 14k Phoenix and am pretty pleased with it. You're more than welcome to stop by to check out the look if you want to.

Anyone know if there is a 14k single ended 400 watt bulb on the market?

I have a 250 watt 14k from Marine Aquatics you can try

Guess a wattage would help. It needs to be 150w hqi.
