I am in the process of setting up my jbj 28 gallon pro led tank...only problem is all the white leds mysteriously died in storage this winter. I need to some how replace some leds in my canopy or buy a unit to hang above it. I would rather work something into the canopy to keep it all enclosed, but am open to suggestions. Has any one done any retrofit to a nano tank like this and/or Does any one have any led fixtures for sale that would work above this tank?

You can buy replacement strips for the factory lights from jbj. I did a retro fit with my own LEDs ( it's in my build thread in my signature). You can also buy a kit from rapid led that will fit right into the hood.

Thanks I will look at your thread and at rapid led. I priced the jbj leds, they are 65.00 ea x5=325.00. I could buy a whole New hood for that price, so thinking to go a different route.
