Can someone who's using it chime in?

Is it expensive?

Easy to work with, similar to PVC?

Can I use PVC parts on spa flex, such as unions, ball valves, etc?

Thanks,

It's awesome.  Use it just like pvc with all the fittings.  Super easy to work with, great for all areas of plumbing.

And naturally... it is pricey.  However if you can run one line of spa flex and therefore not need a couple of elbows you'd need with rigid pvc, then it can actually be cheaper.

I used it on my tank I just setup, I LOVE it.

Got a decent deal on it at home depot, but they didnt sell it in 3/4 inch for my return, So I got some from All season pools and spas, and it was only like $5 for 3 feet.

Just realize that it is supposed to glue to the inside of fittings, just as normal pvc would. I made the mistake of trying to get it to go on the outside of a barb fitting, which is really hard to do, and isn't how it is intended to work.

How much are you looking for?  I have some 1" and 1-1/4" that I have left over from when I moved my tank from one side of the house to the other.  I probably have 20' of each
