Nice man! I can't wait to see them grow out!

What?! You pooped in the refrigerator, and ate the entire wheel of cheese?! I'm not even mad.... That's actually amazing!

They are a little bigger. Day one they are 2mm, Day 9 they are 6mm. The big difference is the long legs and the eye stocks.

No, that looks like a lobster. Shrimp larvae have eyes out on eyestocks (way out, that is what the oval looking headlights are in the pic). They have the 2 long paddle looking legs, last set towards the tail (if they get bent or damaged the shrimp twirls in circles, must have something to do with orientation in water column) and the rest of the legs split 1 to 4 times so it looks like they have 16 legs. Some day I will have a microscope and a good macro lens for my camera so I have a better chance of getting a good pic.

Oh no I'm sorry!   Do you have any idea why?

It takes about 35 days for them to settle to the bottom and look like a shrimp. During that time water quality, feeding right food/size/quantity, air bubble size/flow, temp. all affect the final outcome. It could have been one or a combination of the above.
