I had that problem with my MP40s. Try pulling the wet sides out and disassembling them. Soak them in vinegar for an hour or two. | Make sure the cable coming out of the dry side is pointing up, not any other direction, most likely the dry and wet sides are off center, causing the noise to happen. |

Turn the pumps on full power in constant speed mode. Make slight adjustments to the positioning of the wet side.
