With softies and shrimp, you're pretty limited on fish choices.  A tiny, peaceful fish like a small watchman goby might work, but even then, it's a risk.  Really depends on the goby's personality.  I'd do a TON of research before adding anything, to be honest.  You don't want to lose your shrimp!

Hey Jackie, congrats on the tank! For your setup, a Clown Goby, Firefish, or Neon Goby would be great—they’re peaceful, small, and won’t bother your sexy shrimp or Pom Pom crab. Hey everyone! It’s been awhile but I have a tank again and am looking for fish suggestions
I have an innovative marine 10 gallon with mostly softies, three sexy shrimp and a Pom Pom crab as well as a cleanup crew, I want to get a fish or two and Cant decide what might be a good choice with the sexy shrimp!
