It looked really good and worked like a charm.</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.utahreefs.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=22">wavemaker</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10735<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> March&nbsp;01&nbsp;2006 at 9:13am<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I had two Dolphin 3 pumps pumping 3600 gph each through those pipes, but frankly it should have been a lot more - twice that much to have good flow.</P><P>The pipes don't need to be embedded in the cement, but they would harder to hide.&nbsp;After a couple years I&nbsp;raised the rock up off the bottom and had water "sweeping" underneath to keep the detritus from collecting underneath, and that worked well. It would be hard to do that if there were pipes under there blocking the flow - you'd have to align the flow with the pipes.</P><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by wavemaker</span>]]>
