I haven't bounced it with Jake's but I am sure that there is alot that we still don't understand yet about what can and will happen. I do know that my domino damsel took to my bubble and LTA but my false perc's wouldn't go near them.

Torghn,

To tell you the truth I haven't really looked or changed this chart in over 3 years.  It has constantly been a work in progress.  Most of the information represented in the chart has been from my personal experience.  If anyone else has any feedback I will gladly accept it and change my chart if I can verify a couple sources.

This is a nice chart. One question though, if there is no check mark in a square what does that mean? That they won't host or that you don't know? I have had GSMs and Saddle Backs host in E.Quadricolor. Also, I have never had an ocellaris that wouldn't host in an E.Quadricolor.

My tank-raised true percula hosted in amy xenia as well. He liked it so much he killed it! The xenia would nevr open up fully when the fish was in it.

I now have a BTA in the same tank as the true percula and it doesn't even care. Go figure.

From everything I have read the tank-raised ones are much less likely like to host in an anenome and there is also a chance it may host in something you don't want it to.

There is a large group of people out there trying to talk people into using xenia as a host on not anemones.  Something to consider.

Funny you should say that.  My Ocellaris spends the day around my frogspawn, but very seldom swims into it.  He spends the night hours sleeping within the xenia.  I wonder why he doesn't host in the xenia during the day?

There are two anemones that I know of that naturally serve as hosts to both A. ocellaris and A. percula.  They are Heteractis magnifica and Stichodactyla gigantea.  However, in the aquarium setting, they will accept almost anything as a host.  There is a large group of people out there trying to talk people into using xenia as a host on not anemones.  Something to consider.
