Well at least Shawn at Aquatica is cool and gave me some store credit for it (since it died within the first 5 days) that definitely helped with the sadness of paying a bunch for a fish only to loose it... I have been using silver sides.  You can easily break them in half while they're still frozen and use the tail end to lure with. Don't put the fish right in front of the frogfish. Make it come to you.

Have you tried ghost shrimp?
 
Once they're trained to eat, you may not even need a feeding stick. I just drop food near my frog fish and he will catch it before it hits the bottom!

I'm reviving this thread to see if any of you current frogfish owners have any suggestions on how to get my new frogfish to eat...  Feeder guppies didn't work, Krill on a feeder stick put him to sleep.  Any other ideas?

Maybe he's just holding out for a weaker frogfish to come along, then he will attack and devour him...
