It is by far my favorite snail.  As far as eating cyno and diatoms I don't really know.  Also unless the cyno is on the sandbed it won't get to it.  It seems very rare for my conch to climb and when he has it has only been on the glass.  He just wanders around and east stuff off of my sandbed.]]>
