Next, take the second half and drive a wooden toothpick through it. Now, on the base side of the shroom where the tip of the toothpic has come through, place a dab of gel super glue and set in place on the LR(shrooms tend to prefer like less water flow and a lower light). Now, clip off the remaining toothpic at about 1/2" above the shroom... you're done. Given the scenario that your water quality is at the shrooms prefered levels and your lighting is sufficient, your shrooms should heal rather quickly and begin taking their rounder shape back on. BTW, I've performed cuttings of 4 out of 1 shroom on several occassions with the same success. (IMO) though, confidence in what your doing is very desirable so try this halving test, first.

 Good fraggin', Jason

Too many shrooms? Wow. Can you upload a pic of this cool little tank? I have GOT to see this. Do a search on this board and you'll find some fragging info. Or, I am sure you can bribe someone to teach you hands on... with some frags.

None are on small frag'y rocks yet, I'll set some near by to get some sprouts, or can I sever their hold and bag them? I've never fragged before.
:) Keither

One of its main features is a large culture of red shrooms and a smaller one in blue. I have a leather coral on the top of the heap and they're getting to the base of him and pretty much starting to get everywhere. What's a man to do with shrooms? (Yes I know I've opned myself to horrible punning :)
Keither
