Who knows about skimmer maintenance?Ours has slowed in it's bubble making capacity.I've noticied the air intake tube has h20 in it,pulsing in and out with the air.Is it supposed to do that?I d&#111;n't remember noticing it do that before.Does any&#111;ne know an easy way it fix it?
