Yeah. I am ordering one online right now.  I have two RO units.   An older one that seems to be about 4:1 but I don't know how old the membranes are and a newer one but it seems to be going way to fast. Have you tested the TDS before and after the membrane to see if it is still good? Maybe there is a hole in it and it is passing water without filtering it.
