So I was bored and started playing with Google SketchUp to see what I could make.  I decided to build the tank I'd 'want' to have so I can see how it looks.

It's 54" long, 24" wide, and 19" tall rimless with black silicone.  The model isn't perfect (forgot to put bracing on the bottom of the tank) but it gives a good idea of what I'm thinking of doing. It will be made with 12mm (~1/2") starphire glass. 

1.75" square aluminum tubing stand, sump that is 27" long by 21" wide by 14" tall.  The stand will have white plexiglass paneling, with large flat thumb screws holding on each panel (that way I can take them off when wanted.  The light will be an led set up, white as well, with possible T-5's tossed in.  All viewable aluminum would be brush polished.
