The first picture to me looks like a bleached out BTA, but what a beautiful picture I might add. The second picture looks like a BTA for sure to me.. JMO.
Anemones are fickle. Just let him wander to where he wants to be. If you move him he will most likely move somewhere else that pleases him.

That's a young tank for an anemone. Give it time to adjust.
Yeah, I answered over there about AC.
Get the AC going ASAP.
Put the BTA in the same tank and let the Clownfish decide. Smile
It will take the hosting pressure off the Sebae.

Tank is now about 4-5 months old.  Not running AC - but wanted to, just actually posted a question in a different thread about it.
Last check they were all within normal limits - but will have to retest.  Should I relocate this nem then?  I was looking into getting a bubble tip clone from a member here...

That does not look like a BTA to me. It looks like a Sebae. A quick search found this: http://animal-world.com/Aquarium-Coral-Reefs/Delicate-Sea-Anemone

Not all anemones do well in our tanks. The tips of the tentacles appear to be irritated, possibly by the Clownfish, since the Sebae is not typically a welcome host.
To give it the best possible chance at survival, please remind us, How old is the tank?
Are you using AC?
What are the Alk, Ca and Nitrate levels?

So, we got this green bubble anenome with our mocha clowns from the LFS - and so far it's fine.. but I've noticed over the past few weeks that it's not as full as it used to be when we brought it home from the LFS.
This is what it looked like when we first got it home:

And this is what it looks like now....  

It relocated to a different area in the tank, and I spot fed it some mysis the other day... but concerned that the tentacles aren't as full as they were when we got it home from the LFS.
