It takes about 35 days for them to settle to the bottom and look like a shrimp. During that time water quality, feeding right food/size/quantity, air bubble size/flow, temp. all affect the final outcome. No, that looks like a lobster. Shrimp larvae have eyes out on eyestocks (way out, that is what the oval looking headlights are in the pic). They have the 2 long paddle looking legs, last set towards the tail (if they get bent or damaged the shrimp twirls in circles, must have something to do with orientation in water column) and the rest of the legs split 1 to 4 times so it looks like they have 16 legs.
