Also I found a little water in the cup that's yellow so I think that's it just needs to break in]]>

I turn mine up until its foaming to the top and slowly back it down so the bubbles just break at the top.  Get a nice dark skim. Give it a day or 2 than foam will form. Than a couple days later skimmate will finally show up. My skimmer took about a week to produce anything. Patients is key here.]]>

I know that skimmers need to break-in but during this time is it normal for it to not produce foam/skimmate? It's a Jebo hang on back skimmer, I know that it's not the best but it was the only thing I could afford as of right now. ]]>
