That is what I thought it might be! It was just strange that it was in a hermit shell. It was retracted in when i first placed it in the tank and then I saw it this morning. I'll get that guy out when I get home from work.

Looks like an aiptasia anemone in a hermit shell. Get it out of the tank so it doesn't spread. Krazie

We just finished cycling our 90 gallon tank so we bought a clean up crew to get things rolling. One of the "hermit crabs" had this in it


It's obviously not a hermit crab. I wasn't sure if I should be worried about what it is or if it should be in my tank? Thoughts?
