Yeah I actually had them at 100% for quite awhile because my tank was so deep. Maybe I changed it to dim before the break in period. I have the same fixture 8x24" dimmable. My fixture is only a month old but from what I found was that people reported the dimming feature wearing out their bulbs at the 8-9 month range vs the 12+ range. I've read multiple posts on different forums that say they do and they have experienced the same thing you have. I'm  of the opinion that fluorescent bulbs were not designed to be dimmed.
