Ok I bought some actinic led's...but they dont seem bright enough for my 65g tank...they light up the top, but not the bottom.  They are ice caps led moon lights.  But they are only like 18 - 24" long.

Are these lights simply not strong enough?  or could the power supply I have not be strong enough.  They seem to work with a power supply that I had for a small set of 3 moonlight set.  what do you think? 

Vipers look cool at a distant, but be careful of the bite..its a killer!
